Diaspora Academy keeps this simple: we only collect the details you choose to share with us, we use them to help with your study-abroad plans, and we never sell them.
What we collect
When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone, by email, through our inquiry form or in person, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, academic history, test scores, and the documents you share for counselling, admissions and visa applications.
Our website itself does not require an account and does not collect personal data in the background.
How we use it
Your details are used only to provide our counselling services: shortlisting courses, preparing applications, arranging test preparation, applying for scholarships and filing visa applications on your behalf.
With your permission, we share relevant documents with the universities, test centres and visa authorities your application requires — that is the entire service.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share your details with unrelated third parties. We never contact you with marketing unrelated to your own application.
How long we keep it
Application documents are kept while your application is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case follow-up support is needed. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just message us on WhatsApp or email diasporaacademy.edu@gmail.com and we'll handle it.
