These terms cover the use of Diaspora Academy's counselling services and this website. They're written to be read, not to intimidate.
Our service
Diaspora Academy provides study-abroad counselling: destination and course guidance, test preparation, university admissions, scholarship applications and student-visa support. Initial consultations are free with no obligation.
What we can and can't promise
We prepare every application to the highest standard we can, and our track record reflects that. However, final decisions on admissions, scholarships and visas rest solely with universities, scholarship bodies and immigration authorities — no consultancy can guarantee an outcome, and you should be cautious of any that does.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing true, accurate and complete information and genuine documents. Applications based on false information can be refused and can affect future visa eligibility — we will not file an application we know to be inaccurate.
Fees
Our counselling service is free for students. Third-party costs — test fees, university application fees, visa fees, translations — are set by those third parties and are always communicated before you commit to them.
Website content
Costs, scholarship details, visa rules and timelines on this website are kept as current as possible but can change without notice — always confirm the latest requirements with your counsellor before acting on them.
Intellectual property
The Diaspora Academy name, logo and website content belong to Diaspora Academy. Third-party marks (universities, test providers) belong to their respective owners.
